Steps

  1. Prepare 600 grams of FunCakes Macaron Mix as indicated on the package. Divide the batter into two portions, coloring one portion red and the other pink. Place each portion into a different piping bag fitted with tip No.2A. Place the macaron mats on a baking tray and fill the cavities with the macaron batter. For the heart shapes, gently help the batter take the correct form by pushing with a toothpick. Tap the baking tray several times on the work surface to release air bubbles, then let dry in open air for two hours.

  2. Preheat the oven to 140 °C (130 °C with fan).

  3. Bake the macarons in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes and let them cool completely on the macaron mat.

  4. Paint pretty little roses and leaves on several macarons with the edible paint and let dry.

  5. Prepare 125 grams of FunCakes Buttercream Mix as indicated on the package and add raspberry flavor to taste. Put the buttercream into a piping bag, cut a small tip, and fill the macarons.

  6. Melt 50 grams of each Melts chocolate separately in the microwave and fill two piping bags with them. Place the macarons on a sheet of baking paper and drizzle the melted chocolates over the macarons. Place them in the refrigerator to let the chocolates harden.
