Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (convection oven 140°C).

  2. Prepare 500 grams of FunCakes cupcake mix according to the package instructions. Grease the cake pan with cooking spray and fill this pan with the batter. Bake the cake in the center of the preheated oven for about 70 to 75 minutes. After baking, let the cake cool on a wire rack.

  3. Cut the cake into slices about 1 cm thick. Cut these slices into equal squares (approx. 4 x 4 cm). Stack two slices and apply a layer of jam between them.

  4. Whip 250 ml of cream and add one tablespoon of cherry flavor paste. Fill a piping bag with the whipped cream and decorate the cakes with spirals.

  5. Put the desired amount of melting mixes in a plastic or glass bowl. Place this bowl in the microwave and melt at maximum power 500 W. Stir well every 15 to 20 seconds. Stop heating when the chocolate is almost completely melted (a few small pieces visible). Continue stirring until smooth and fully melted. Fold a parchment paper cone and fill it with the melted chocolate. Write and create shapes with the melted chocolate on parchment paper, such as: Love, hearts, and arrows. Place the chocolate in the refrigerator and let it harden.

  6. Place the chocolate creations on the cream and decorate with the mini hearts.
