Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 180 °C (160 °C for a convection oven) and grease the pan with Bake Release spray.
-
Prepare 500 g of cupcake mix according to the package instructions and pour into the pan. Bake the cake for 60 to 70 minutes until golden. After baking, remove from pan onto a cooling rack and let cool completely. Cut the cake into layers with the leveler and cut 6 circles using the cookie cutter. Cut the remaining cake into small cubes.
-
Prepare 75 g of enchanted cream® mix according to the package instructions, divide into 4 portions and color each portion with a different FunColours gel. Put each color into a piping bag fitted with tip #32.
-
Place a layer of mini marshmallows at the bottom of the bowls. Place a round slice of cake on top and cover the cake with dollops of cream. Insert a macaron into the cream dollops. Place some cake cubes in one corner and add some raspberries. Add some golden sparkle dust to the raspberries with a brush. Then decorate with the unicorn assortment and meringue drops.
-
Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler and place it in a piping bag. Cut a small opening and drizzle over the cake cubes. Life is short, lick the bowl!
