Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C).
-
Prepare 190 g FunCakes Mix for Deluxe Sponge Cake according to the package instructions. Pour into a greased pan and bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes. Let the cake cool on a cooling rack. Bake a second cake the same way.
-
Prepare 150 g FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream® Strawberry according to the package instructions. Cut each cake once using a leveler and layer them alternating with a layer of Enchanted Cream®. Also coat the outside with this cream. Put the remaining Enchanted Cream® into a piping bag fitted with tip no. 1M. Place the cake in the refrigerator for half an hour. Heat FunCakes Cake Pink Drip according to the package instructions and let the drip flow over the edge of the cake. It is important that the cake is cold for this and that the drip is not too hot.
-
Decorate the cake with rosettes and arrange strawberries on top.
