Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (160°C convection oven) and grease the pan with FunCakes Bake Release spray.

  2. Prepare 150 g of FunCakes Deluxe Sponge Cake Mix with 15 ml water and 3 eggs as indicated on the package. Pour the batter into the pan and bake the cake for about 30-35 minutes. After baking, immediately place it on a rack to cool.

  3. Prepare 125 g of FunCakes Buttercream Mix according to package instructions and flavor with the flavoring paste.

  4. Cut the cake into three layers using the leveler and fill and spread the flavored buttercream all around. Let rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

  5. Knead the fondant well and roll it out to a thickness of about 2-3 mm. Cover the cake with the fondant.

  6. Using the largest brush from the set, spread a layer of decorating gel along the bottom edge of the cake and press the sprinkles against it.

  7. Heat the FunCakes Cake Drip bottle according to the instructions on the package and let the drip run down the edge of the cake. Refrigerate the cake for a moment so the drip sets and becomes shiny.

  8. Fill the mini chocolate bar mold with the cake drip, let it set in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes then carefully unmold.

  9. Prepare 75 g of FunCakes Enchanted Cream® Mix with 50 ml water and 50 ml milk and fill a piping bag fitted with tip no. 1M. Pipe tufts on top of the cake and add sprinkles on them. Gently press a mini chocolate bar onto each tuft.
