Steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C).

Knead 400 g of FunCakes cookie mix as indicated on the packaging and add the almond flour. Grind the pistachios and incorporate them into the dough. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 0.5 cm thickness. Cut out the cookies and bake them in the middle of the oven for about 12 minutes until golden. Let the cookies cool then decorate as you wish.
