Steps
-
Prepare 500 grams of FunCakes biscuit mix as indicated on the package and let rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 °C (160 °C convection oven)
-
Knead the dough briefly after removing it from the refrigerator, then roll it out on a surface dusted with Magic Roll-Out Powder to a thickness of 2-3 mm. Cut out as many bears as possible. Place them on the baking sheet and bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes in the center of the preheated oven until golden. Let cool on a wire rack.
-
Prepare 450 grams of FunCakes royal icing mix. Then dilute the icing with water until it reaches a yogurt-like consistency. Divide it into two portions and color one black with the black powder. Place both icings into two piping bags fitted with nozzle no. 3. Start by covering the white parts of the bears, let dry for one hour, then cover the rest in black. Use the needle tool to evenly spread the icing and reach all corners. Allow the cookies to dry thoroughly.
-
Roll out the black fondant very thinly on a surface dusted with Magic Roll-Out Powder, then cut out ovals for the eyes using the cutting wheel. Form the nose and pupils with small balls of black fondant. Carefully adhere them onto the cookies using edible glue. Tip! Create a complete panda sweet table by pairing this recipe with panda cupcakes, bamboo panda cake, and pink panda cake.
