Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C).
-
Prepare 500 g of FunCakes Cookie Mix according to the instructions on the packaging. Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
-
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 0.5 cm thickness. Cut out circles to fit the tartlet molds and place the dough inside them. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 12 minutes until golden. Let the tartlets cool.
-
Place 350 g of chocolate chips in a plastic or glass bowl. Put this bowl in the microwave and melt the chocolate at maximum power (± 800 Watts). Remove the bowl every 15 to 20 seconds and stir well to distribute the heat. Repeat until the chocolate is almost completely melted. Stop heating and stir well until you have a smooth, lump-free chocolate mass.
-
Coat the inside of the tartlets with the chocolate then let harden in the refrigerator. Fill a piping bag with the remaining chocolate and make lines from left to right on a piece of paper. Let these lines harden in the refrigerator.
-
Whip the cream with the sugar until stiff. Fill the tartlets with the cherry filling. Fill a piping bag with whipped cream, decorate the tartlets by making swirls on the cherry filling, and finish by decorating with the chocolate lines.
