Steps
-
Knead 500 g of FunCakes donut mix, 215 ml water, and 65 ml (55 g) vegetable oil with a mixer fitted with a dough hook for 5 minutes. Roll out the dough to about 5 mm thickness. Cut out donut shapes and let rest for 25 minutes under a clean cloth. Heat the pan to 180°C and fry the donuts until golden, about 90 seconds on each side. Sprinkle them with fine granulated sugar.
-
Divide some FunCakes Dip ‘n Drip into 2 bowls and color them with honey gold and pink gel colors. Heat each bowl in the microwave for about 10 seconds and pour into piping bags. Start by covering a small part of the donuts with the honey gold, then cover the rest with the pink Dip ‘n Drip. Immediately sprinkle XL sugar strings on top and press in black sugar pearls.
-
Color some Dip ‘n Drip black, heat it slightly, and put it in a piping bag. Use it to draw the mouths on the donuts.
