Steps
-
Put 250 g of FunCakes waffle mix, 75 g softened butter, 85 ml water and ½ beaten egg (25 g) in a bowl with a flat hook and mix to form a firm dough. Shape into balls of about 45 g.
-
Spray the plates of the waffle maker with FunCakes Bake Release non-stick spray and place one ball of dough on it. Press firmly so that the dough spreads evenly into a round pancake. If necessary, flip the pancake after cooking for an even golden color. Immediately fold the waffle around the plastic cone right after cooking and let it cool on the plastic cone along the seam until you need to fold the next one around. You can insert a piece of paper towel to maintain the shape. Tip! Be careful not to overbake the waffle. It will then become too brittle and fragile, and you won’t be able to fold it properly around the cone!
