Steps

  1. Melt the FunCakes Chocolate Melts as indicated on the packaging and grease the mold with a good layer of chocolate using the pastry brush, then let harden in the refrigerator. Repeat this at least 2 or 3 times until you get a solid layer. Do this with the 3 colors of chocolate to melt.

  2. Place a saucepan on the stove with a small layer of water and place a metal plate on top. Unmold the hemispheres and gently pass them over the hot plate to get a solid edge that sticks well. Be careful not to do this with all hemispheres at once; you must first place the balls before sticking the other parts on top.

  3. Fill the ball according to your desires with, for example, FunCakes Chocolate Melts, FunCakes Mini Marshmallows, FunCakes Mini Chocolate Rocks Milk, Nutella and/or Nesquik. Pass the other half of the ball over the hot plate and place it directly on the filled half. Let harden in the refrigerator.

  4. Dark chocolate ball: With the large brush, dust some balls with the edible FunCakes Edible Gloss Powder Ginger Gold and drizzle a stream of dark chocolate on top. Immediately decorate with the pink, bronze, and gold nonpareils. Let harden in the refrigerator.

  5. Milk chocolate ball: Completely cover the outside of the ball with melted chocolate then roll it in the FunCakes Mini Chocolate Rocks Milk. Let harden in the refrigerator.

  6. White chocolate ball: Melt a little FunCakes Deco Melts blue as indicated on the packaging and drizzle it over the balls. Immediately decorate with the bronze and pearl nonpareils. Stick a snowflake on the ball with a little melted chocolate. Let harden in the refrigerator.
