Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 175°C (160°C fan).
-
Prepare 360 g of FunCakes Brownie Mix according to the package instructions. Grease the pan, pour in the batter, and bake the brownie in the center of the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack.
-
Prepare 150 g of FunCakes Enchanted Cream Mix according to the package instructions. Add the flavoring paste to the cream. Put it in a piping bag and cut the tip.
-
Fill a bowl with 150 g of Chocolate Melts. Place this bowl in the microwave and melt the chocolates at maximum power (± 800 Watt). Every 15 to 20 seconds, take the bowl out and stir well to distribute the heat evenly. Continue until the chocolate is almost melted; a few small pieces may remain. Stop heating and stir until you get a smooth chocolate mass.
-
Fill a piping bag with the melted chocolate and cut the tip. Draw spider webs on the parchment paper. Place them in the refrigerator to harden.
-
Cut 20 rounds from the brownie and place them in the glasses. Pipe a swirl of Enchanted Cream on the brownie, then place another brownie on top. Then decorate the top with another swirl of cream. Sprinkle this last one with the Halloween nonpareils and the chocolate spider webs.
