Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C for a convection oven).
-
Prepare 640 g of FunCakes Brownie Mix according to the package instructions. Place the cupcake liners in the muffin pan. Pour the batter into the liners and bake the cakes for about 20-25 minutes. If there is extra batter, bake a second batch. Let the cakes cool completely.
-
Melt the FunCakes Raspberry Deco Melts in the microwave according to the package instructions, avoiding overheating.
-
Using the rounded side of a teaspoon or a brush, spread a layer of Deco Melts on the popsicle mold, insert the stick, and chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Repeat this 2 more times to build up a good thick layer. Warm the Deco Melts a little between each layer.
-
Crumble 8 to 10 mini brownies into a bowl (you can eat the rest or freeze it) and add some melted dark chocolate. Add just enough melted chocolate until you get a smooth dough. Press some of this dough into the Deco Melts-coated popsicle mold, being careful not to overfill. Cover the dough with a layer of melted Deco Melts and refrigerate to harden. Then, carefully unmold and repeat until you have enough cake pops.
-
Place all the "popsicles" side by side and put some melted Deco Melts into a piping bag. Cut a small opening and drizzle the Deco Melts over the cakesicles. Immediately decorate with nonpareils and sugar eyes.

*There is no need to store them in the refrigerator.
