Steps

  1. Prepare 500 g of FunCakes gingerbread mix according to the package instructions, wrap in cling film and place in the refrigerator for at least one hour.

  2. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (fan oven 160 °C).

  3. Knead the dough well after removing from the refrigerator and roll it out on a floured work surface to a thickness of 2-3 mm, then cut out various shapes. Place them on a tray lined with baking paper and bake the cookies for about 10-12 minutes. Let them cool on the work surface.

  4. Prepare 450 g of FunCakes Royal icing mix according to the package instructions. Then thin the icing with a little water until it is slightly more fluid; it should have the consistency of chocolate spread.

  5. Put the icing in a piping bag fitted with the adapter and tip no. 003 and create designs on the cookies as you like. Let dry in open air. Use the black pearls as eyes for the gingerbread men.
