-
Prepare 200 g FunCakes Buttercream Mix as indicated on the package and divide it into as many portions as the number of colors you want for your flowers and leaves. Keep some green buttercream to stick the flowers onto the donuts.
-

-
Prepare 500 g FunCakes Donut Mix according to the instructions on the package. Roll out the dough to about 5 mm thickness. Cut out the donut shapes and let rest for 25 minutes. Heat the fryer to 180°C and fry the donuts until golden yellow, about 90 seconds per side. After frying, place them in a bowl with fine sugar and let cool.
-
Heat the FunCakes Dip ‘n Drip as indicated on the package and put it into a piping bag. Cut a small opening and glaze the donuts.
-
Put green buttercream in a piping bag fitted with a coupler and No. 352 tip. Pipe swirling leaves on the donuts then, using a spatula or a knife, place the frozen buttercream flowers on top. Fill any gaps with leaves.
