Steps
-
Prepare 500 g of FunCakes biscuit mix according to the package instructions, wrap it in cling film, and let it rest in the refrigerator for one hour.
-
Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C).
-
Knead the dough taken from the refrigerator until smooth, then roll it out on some flour to a thickness of about 2-3 mm. Cut out bunny heads and place them on the baking sheet. Bake the cookies for about 11-15 minutes until they are lightly golden, then let them cool flat on the work surface.
-
Spread half of the cookies with a thin layer of decorating gel and sprinkle with FunCakes pastel sugar sprinkles. On the other half of the cookies, form a nose and the inside of the ears with decorating gel. Sprinkle with FunCakes pastel nonpareils. You can also use apricot jelly instead of decorating gel. Heat the apricot jelly in the microwave, strain it, then spread it on the cookies.
