Steps
-
Preheat the fryer to 180°C or the oven to 200°C (convection oven 180°C).
-
Prepare 500 g of FunCakes Mix for Donuts according to the instructions on the package. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 0.5 cm to 1 cm. Cut out the donut shapes and let rest for 25 minutes. Fry the donuts in the fryer until golden, about 90 seconds on each side. For thicker donuts, cook a little longer.
-
Heat the Dip ‘n Drip for 15-30 seconds in the microwave and divide it into several bowls. Color it with the pink food coloring gel in different shades of pink. Dip the donuts into it and immediately sprinkle with your choice of sprinkles. Let dry on a cooling rack if necessary. Drizzle some donuts with a contrasting color. Tip! Reheat the Dip ‘n Drip in between if you notice the coating is no longer sticking well to the donut.
