Steps

Preheat the oven to 180˚C (160˚C convection).

Prepare 500 g FunCakes muffin mix, 250 ml water, 50 g granulated sugar, 50 g cocoa powder, and 200 ml oil in a mixing bowl and mix on low speed for 5 minutes until you get a smooth batter.

Place 12 baking cups in a muffin pan and fill them with batter just below the rim. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.

Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool.
