Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C convection oven).
-
Prepare 250 g of FunCakes Deluxe Sponge Mix according to the package instructions. Grease the pan with baking spray and spread the batter using the spatula. Bake the cake for about 30-35 minutes. Let the cake cool on a cooling rack.
-
Prepare 200 g of FunCakes Buttercream Mix according to the package instructions. Flavor the buttercream with the flavor paste.
-
Prepare 640 g of FunCakes Brownie Mix according to the package instructions and bake for about 40-45 minutes until fully cooked. After baking, let the cake cool on a cooling rack.
-
Cut both the sponge and the brownie each into 2 layers with the cake slicer and stack them alternating with a layer of buttercream between each. Cover the outside of the cake with a layer of buttercream so the cake is no longer visible.
-
Put the remaining buttercream into a piping bag and cut a small nozzle. Attach the chocolate balls to the cake with a small dot of buttercream from the piping bag.
