Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan oven 140°C).
-
Prepare 500 grams of FunCakes Mix for American Brownie according to the instructions on the package. Place a piece of parchment paper at the bottom of the pan and grease the sides of the pan with the non-stick spray. Pour the batter into the pan and bake the brownie for about 35 minutes. Tip! The brownie should still be a bit moist and gooey inside immediately after baking. It will firm up if you place the brownie with its pan in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
-
Put 100 grams of softened butter, 120 grams of light brown sugar, 250 grams of FunCakes Mix for Cookies, a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 2 tablespoons of milk, and 100 grams of chocolate chips in a bowl and mix to form a dough. Tip! If you find the dough too dry, add another tablespoon of milk. Note that this dough is not suitable for baking!
-
Cut the brownie into squares and place a scoop of cookie dough on each using an ice cream scoop. Put some chocolate icing into a piping cone, cut a very small tip, and drizzle it over the cookie dough. Tip! If you have leftover cookie dough, you can use it as a filling between two cake layers or incorporate small pieces into ice cream made with FunCakes Mix for ice cream.
