Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 180 °C (convection: 160 °C) and grease your chimney mold with FunCakes Bake Release Spray.
-
Prepare 500 g of FunCakes cupcake mix following the instructions on the package. Stir in a handful of raisins along with FunCakes Speculoos Flavor Paste into the batter. Pour the mixture into a chimney mold. Bake for about 50 to 60 minutes, then let cool in the mold.
-
Prepare 200 g of FunCakes buttercream mix according to the instructions on the package.
-
Carefully cut the cake in half using a cake cutter. Fit a piping bag with a #1M tip and fill it with buttercream. Pipe small swirls of buttercream on the bottom half of the cake, then gently place the top half back on.
-
Color the remaining buttercream green using the food gel color and fill another piping bag fitted with a #1M decorating tip.
-
Create a thick decorative braid of buttercream on top of the wreath cake by piping lines from left to right, slightly overlapping them. Decorate with sugar stars, chocolate beads, and other sugar decorations.
