Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 180 °C (160 °C for convection oven).
-
Prepare 360 g of FunCakes Brownie Mix according to the package directions. Spray the pan with release spray, pour the batter into the pan, and bake the brownie for about 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool on a cooling rack.
-
Melt some caramel-flavored Deco Melts in the microwave according to package instructions and brush well inside the ice pop mold to cover the surface. Insert the stick. Let harden in the refrigerator and repeat to get a good crunchy layer.
-
Meanwhile, crumble the brownie and add about 40 g of melted dark chocolate, then knead until smooth dough forms. Take the ice pop mold out of the refrigerator and press some brownie dough into it. Make sure it does not go over the edge, or you won’t be able to spread properly! Place in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes to firm the dough.
-
Then spread a layer of caramel Deco Melts on top and remove the excess with a spatula. Also let harden in the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes. Carefully unmold the ice pops. If not easy, you can also place the ice pops in the freezer for 15 minutes, no more!
-
Melt some dark chocolate in the microwave according to package instructions, coat the ice pops, and immediately decorate with the sprinkle mix.
