Steps
-
Mix 400 g of FunCakes cupcake mix with 125 g of butter, 1 egg, and the chocolate chunks using dough hooks. Shape into a log about Ø 5 cm, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. TIP! You can replace the cupcake mix with brownie mix, caramel cake mix, or red velvet cake mix. The quantity remains exactly the same, 400 g for each mix. This way, you transform your favorite mix into delicious chocolate chip cookies!
-
Preheat the oven to 160 °C (180 °C for a convection oven).
-
Cut slices about 2 cm thick with a sharp knife and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Leave enough space between the cookies as they will spread. Bake the cookies for about 13-16 minutes; they will remain soft after baking. Let cool on the countertop. You will get about 10 to 12 cookies depending on thickness.
