Cakesicles: Cake Pops on Sticks

Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan) and place the liners in the muffin tray.

Prepare 250 g of FunCakes Cupcake Mix according to package instructions. Evenly distribute the batter in the liners and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes until the tops are lightly golden. Let the cupcakes cool completely. Tip! You can also make these frozen lollipops using FunCakes Brownie Mix or American Brownie Mix.

Crumble the cooled cupcakes into a bowl. Add some melted FunCakes White Chocolate Melts and mix until you get a smooth, dough-like consistency.

Melt the FunCakes Decor Melts according to instructions. To create soft pastel shades, mix a little White Decor Melts with the colors to lighten them.

Using the decorating brush, apply a layer of melted chocolate inside the ice pop molds. Insert the sticks and chill in the refrigerator. Repeat this process 3 to 4 times to obtain a solid chocolate shell. Always keep the stick in place during this step.

Fill the molds with the cake dough, making sure not to exceed the edge. Seal the back with more melted FunCakes Decor Melts and refrigerate again until completely hardened.

Carefully unmold the frozen lollipops and place them on parchment paper.

Dip some lollipops in a contrasting color of FunCakes Decor Melts and immediately sprinkle with pastel pearls, candy sticks, mini confetti, and FunCakes sweet decorations.

Pour some melted FunCakes Decor Melts into a FunCakes piping bag, cut a small opening, and decorate the lollipops by making zigzags. Quickly sprinkle additional decorations before the icing hardens.
