Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C).
-
Prepare 250 grams of FunCakes Deluxe Sponge Mix as instructed on the packet. Grease the pan, pour the batter into the pan, and bake the sponge cake for 30 to 35 minutes. After baking, turn the sponge out onto a cooling rack and let it cool completely.
-
Prepare 150 grams of FunCakes Enchanted Cream® Mix as instructed on the packet and add the white chocolate flavor paste according to your taste. Cut the sponge cake in half and fill the layers with the cream. Cover the cake with a thick layer of cream using the side scraper. Place the cake in the refrigerator for one hour to firm up.
-
Cover your work surface with plastic wrap and place a piece of cardboard vertically behind it. Melt the Deco Melts in separate microwave-safe bowls at a maximum of 500 W. Stir well every 15 to 20 seconds. Stop heating when the Melts are almost completely melted (small pieces still visible). Continue stirring until you get a smooth and fully melted texture. Place the cake on the work surface and splatter the Deco Melts from a distance against the cake using a spatula.
