Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 180 °C (convection oven 160 °C).
-
Prepare 250 g of FunCakes cookie mix according to the instructions on the packaging. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
-
Prepare 500 g of FunCakes cupcake mix as indicated on the packaging. Place the cupcake liners in the muffin pan and fill them with the batter. Bake the cupcakes for about 18 to 22 minutes until lightly browned and fully baked. Let them cool on the work surface. Extra cupcakes can be easily frozen. Place them in a freezer box, where they keep for up to 3 months. Let them thaw in the box on the counter.
-
Roll the cookie dough on a floured work surface to a thickness of about 2-3 mm and cut out bear shapes. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes until lightly browned. Let them cool flat on the work surface. You can also freeze the leftover cookie dough for later use. Wrap it in plastic wrap and store it in the freezer for up to 3 months. Thaw it in the refrigerator and knead before use.
-
Prepare 175 g of FunCakes Enchanted Cream® mix with 175 ml of milk according to the instructions on the packaging and put it into a piping bag fitted with the no. 1M tip. This ratio gives a firm cream, which prevents the cookies from sinking. Pipe pretty rosettes onto the cupcakes, sprinkle with confetti, and place the cookie on top.
