Cut the apple into small pieces. Mix the butter, egg, cream cheese, and vanilla extract together at the lowest speed of the mixer. Add 300 grams of FunCakes cupcake mix and mix again for 2 minutes at the lowest speed. Add the small pieces of apple. Place the dough covered with cling film in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
