Frequently asked questions

Your questions, our tips

What is the difference from classic yellow food coloring?

Lemon yellow produces a cooler, tarter shade, using the same E102 food coloring, but the visual result is closer to lemon than sunny yellow.

Is this food coloring suitable for a fruit theme such as lemon or citrus?

Yes, this is a typical use: lemon-themed sugar paste, macarons, or icings with a tart flavor benefit from this cool shade.

How long does the pot keep once opened?

Several months if the pot is tightly closed and stored away from heat and moisture, between 15 and 25 °C.
