The Decora white square cake drum is 12 mm thick and has a waterproof white finish on the top, bottom, and sides. Designed for square cakes and heavy number cakes, it will not bend under the weight of a cake covered in ganache or fondant. Five sizes available, from 20 to 40 cm.

USAGE TIPS
- Allow 4 to 5 cm of clearance around the cake for a decorative border: present a 20 cm square cake on a 25 cm drum.
- For a tiered cake, each tier rests on a drum at least 5 cm larger than the tier above it, supported by dowels.
- For a number cake with two digits side by side, a 36 or 40 cm size provides enough room for presentation.
- Clean with a soft spatula, then a slightly damp cloth. Never immerse.
