Shimmer Dust Pearl is a fine, shimmering powdered food colouring in a pearlescent shade with ivory and pale gold highlights. This versatile pearlescent powder is ideal for pearlescent finishes, wedding cakes and shiny details where a subtle effect is preferred to a bold colour. Apply it directly from the bottle to sugar paste, marzipan, chocolate, macarons or any other solid surface.

Uses
- Wedding cakes in any colour: a pearlescent veil on white, ivory or pastel fondant for a discreet pearlescent finish.
- Sugar paste pearls and details: necklaces, buttons and pearlescent appliqués on celebration cakes.
- Macaron shells and white chocolate, for a neutral pearlescent effect that does not alter the base colour.
- Apply with a brush to the inside of a piping bag for a subtle pearlescent sheen when buttercream is piped.
