Refrigerate to set, remove the paper, apply a thin layer of alcohol-free activator, then brush on lustre dust before lifting off the stencil.
On cookies: Roll out the fondant to the desired thickness, place the stencil on top, and roll gently to imprint the design. Apply the alcohol-free activator, dust with a luster brush, then remove the excess and the stencil.
