The Vintage 01-P mold from Silikomart Professional's Chocadò line is designed to create pralines with a round, curved design, inspired by traditional confections with a modern, streamlined finish.
The ø 29 mm format and 21 mm height leave room for two-color fillings or contrasting textures, such as ganache layered over a crunchy praline.

Tip: the domed shape of the Vintage 01-P mold is well suited to airbrush finishing. A light veil of color on just one side of the cavity accentuates the praline's relief before pouring in the chocolate.
