- 12 large leaves measuring 73 x 47 mm and 12 small leaves measuring 73 x 33 mm to create a botanical branch
- Cookie batter or tuile batter spread thinly, baked for a few minutes, then shaped while hot
- Tempered chocolate poured in a thin layer, crystallized flat, and unmolded while cold
- Suitable for the oven, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher
Please note: the 1.5 mm thickness makes the leaves fragile once unmolded. Prepare several pieces in advance to allow for breakage during handling.
