Inspired by pastry chef Pascal Hainigue's Le Stère Chocolaté creation, the Forêt mold combines two silicone molds and their support to recreate a stack of wooden logs. A sculptural log cake designed for year-end celebrations.

Please note: work with the logs one at a time and assemble them while frozen: the complete stack can no longer be handled safely once assembled. The special plastic support is not oven-safe.
