Knead 500g of Mix with 1 egg (50g), 60g of butter (cream) and 60ml of water until you obtain a firm dough. Let it harden in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Roll out the dough on a floured surface (3 mm thick) and cut out the biscuits. Bake them in the middle of the oven for about 12 minutes until golden brown. Let them cool and decorate as desired.
