Preparation Method

Work with all ingredients at room temperature.

Preheat the oven to 150°C (or 140°C for a convection oven).

Place the butter in the bowl and mix for 3 to 4 minutes at low speed with the flat beater.

Add the eggs and the mix, then beat for 5 minutes at medium speed until a smooth batter is obtained.

Grease a 25 cm loaf pan with a release spray (e.g., Bake Release Spray).

Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 60 minutes in the middle of the preheated oven.

Let cool before removing from the pan.
