Instructions for use
- Prepare the covered cake or cupcake with fresh icing (still slightly wet).
- Pour the mini beads into a small dish to facilitate dosing.
- Sprinkle by hand or with a spoon, in regular movements, for even distribution.
- For a border effect, place manually along the edge with a fine spatula.
- Press lightly so the beads stick to the icing before full crystallization.
- Keep leftover beads in the original resealable pouch for later use.

How to prevent the beads from becoming sticky?
Sprinkle at the last moment before serving. Keep the bag tightly sealed. Store away from humidity, ideally in a closed dry cupboard.
Compatible with which type of icing?
Compatible with fondant, ganache, whipped cream, royal icing, and drip cake. The beads stick better on icing that is still slightly wet, before full crystallization.
