Easy Pip drops ready to melt, for violet gems, stained glass, and pulled sugar.
Squires Kitchen Pre-Tempered Violet Isomalt comes in drops (Easy Pip format) that are already tempered: simply melt them in the microwave to obtain liquid isomalt, ready to pour or work with, without cooking sugar or using a thermometer.
