What's the difference between this and an alphabet stamp?
The cookie cutter completely cuts the letter out of the paste, while the stamp leaves a raised impression without cutting it out.
What thickness of sugar paste should I use for this set?
A thin, even layer, around 2 to 3 mm thick, gives the best cutting and sticking results.
How do you stick the cut-out letters onto the cake?
A little water or edible glue brushed onto the back of the letter is enough to attach it to the fondant.
