ARTICLE 20 : LOYALTY POINTS PROGRAM
Applicable from 26 October 2026.
Individuals earn 3, 5 or 7 points per euro according to their tier on eligible goods including tax after discounts, excluding delivery. The total is rounded to the nearest point, with halves rounded up. Products marked as excluded do not earn points. Gift-card payments are deducted from the eligible amount. Only online orders linked to the account, delivered or collected through click and collect, earn points. Purchases made in store do not earn points. Joining through an authenticated customer account awards 250 points once.
Loyalty tiers: Bronze earns 3 points per eligible euro (3%), Silver earns 5 points (5%) from €150, and Gold earns 7 points (7%) from €500 in eligible purchases including tax over the last 12 rolling months. Discounts, refunds and shipping are excluded. Your tier is recalculated automatically, with no January reset. An order that reaches a threshold unlocks the new rate for subsequent orders. Refunds use the original order’s rate. Members already enrolled when tiers launch on 26 October 2026 retain a permanent minimum of 5% and can reach Gold; they never drop to Bronze. New members start at Bronze. Existing points and vouchers remain unchanged.
Pro accounts, sale items, Valrhona products and gift cards do not earn points.
Purchase points become available 14 days after full payment.
Customers may exchange available points on request: 500 points for €5, 1,000 for €10, 2,000 for €20 or 5,000 for €50. Vouchers are personal, single-use, cannot be combined with other discounts and apply to goods, excluding delivery. The goods subtotal must at least equal the voucher value.
Voucher valid for 12 months from issue.
Available points expire after 12 months without a paid eligible purchase or an exchange of points for a voucher.
Previously issued vouchers keep their original validity period.
The 12-month voucher period applies to vouchers issued from the native programme launch date. For imported point balances, the inactivity period starts no earlier than that date. Pending points are not removed by inactivity expiry. Points restored following a refund or credited manually by customer service start a new 12-month period. Expired vouchers do not automatically restore points.
Cancellations and refunds remove the points earned on affected goods. An already-spent balance may become negative and must be rebuilt before another exchange. After a confirmed full refund, points exchanged for a native-programme voucher are restored once, only after the voucher is permanently deactivated. Partial refunds do not restore exchanged voucher points. Validated Pro accounts cannot earn or exchange points.
Modifications and End of the Loyalty Points Program
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Loyalty Points Program at any time. In such a case, we commit to informing our users by email or through an announcement on our site.
