How can you prevent fondant from cracking when covering a cake?
Knead the paste for 2 to 3 minutes to soften it, roll it out to 4 or 5 mm thick, and smooth from the center toward the edges without leaving air bubbles. If it cracks, smooth it with your finger and a drop of water.

To darken the gray, add half a tip of black coloring; to lighten it, mix with Brilliant White.
