Easy Pip pastilles ready to melt, for red gems, stained glass and pulled sugar.
Squires Kitchen Red Pre-Tempered Isomalt comes in already-tempered pastilles (Easy Pip format): simply melt them in the microwave to get liquid isomalt, ready to pour or work with, with no sugar-cooking step or thermometer required.
