Frequently asked questions
Your questions, our advice
Is this pink suitable for a pastel or a more vivid effect?
Both are possible: at a very low dose, it gives a delicate pastel pink; at a higher dose, a vivid, deep pink.
Can this coloring be used in chocolate or a fatty preparation?
No. This coloring is water-soluble: it is formulated for water-based preparations (glazes, creams, sugar paste). For chocolate or cocoa butter, an oil-soluble coloring is required.
How do I incorporate the coloring for an even color?
Dissolve a small amount in a little water or syrup before adding it to the preparation to avoid lumps and ensure an even distribution.
