Frequently asked questions
Your questions, our advice
Why is Azucren wafer paper more flexible than other wafer papers?
Its formula adds vegetable oil and maltodextrin to the potato starch and water base, providing extra flexibility for working with flowers and delicate decorations without breaking.
Can this paper be printed on with a desktop printer?
No. A desktop printer uses non-edible inks. Only a dedicated food printer with certified edible inks is suitable.
How do you attach a wafer paper decoration to a cake?
Apply a thin layer of edible glue (piping gel, diluted glucose or glaze gel) to the back of the piece, never directly onto the cake, then press gently.
