How do you use the 3 round plunger cutters on fondant?
Roll out the fondant or marzipan to a thickness of 2 to 3 mm on a lightly floured surface or one dusted with powdered sugar, then press the 3 round plunger cutters firmly and remove the excess dough around the shape. The built-in plunger releases the dough without deforming it.
Are the 3 round plunger cutters dishwasher-safe?
For the stainless-steel model, rinse and dry immediately after use to prevent any signs of oxidation; the food-safe plastic model can simply be washed in warm, soapy water. Avoid boiling water, which can warp the cutting edge.
