This concentrated Saracino caramel flavoring paste (7%) delivers an intense flavor in small amounts. It is suitable for cakes, creams, mousses, ice creams, parfaits, and bavarois, and pairs well with buttercream. Available in 200 g or 1 kg tubs.

Recommended quantities
- Cold desserts (ice cream, parfaits, mousses, bavarois): 100 g of paste per 1 liter of cream or milk.
