Steps

  1. Mix the crumbled biscuits with the melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of the tin to form the base of your pie.

  2. Spread a generous layer of caramel cream or dulce de leche over the biscuit base.

  3. Evenly scatter the chopped Daim pieces over the caramel layer.

  4. Melt the milk chocolate in a bain-marie or in a saucepan over low heat, stirring in the crème fraîche until the mixture is smooth.

  5. Pour the melted chocolate over the caramel and Daim layer, smoothing the surface with a spatula.

  6. Place the pie in the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours.

  7. Before serving, let the pie rest for a few minutes at room temperature to make it easier to cut.

  8. Cut into equal portions and serve.

  9. Be sure to monitor the consistency of the pie while it rests in the refrigerator, as temperature and time can affect the firmness of the caramel and chocolate. For an optimal presentation, use a knife dipped in hot water to obtain clean slices.

La photo était contractuelle ? Car je vois dans la part qu’il y a une espèce de ganache et deux couches de biscuits… Ça donne envie visuellement, mais la recette fait peur…
