This flavoring adds the delicious flavor of marshmallows to your cakes, cookies and candies.
This aroma is very powerful, one drop is enough to flavor a preparation.
If you wish to replace one of the flavoring extracts in a recipe with LorAnn's corresponding flavor concentrate, it is recommended to use only ¼ to ½ teaspoon for each teaspoon of extract. Exposure to high heat does not alter the flavor of the product.
This aroma is suitable especially fondant and marzipan. Thanks to the high concentration, the structure of the fondant and marzipan does not change when the aroma is added. They are, however, equally suitable for chocolate, candies, cakes, cookies and other brownies.
To get the best result, it is highly recommended to follow the instructions below:
