Crème de menthe is a refreshing aroma of sweet mint that goes particularly well with chocolate.
This aroma is very powerful, one drop is enough to flavor a preparation.
If you wish to replace one of the flavoring extracts in a recipe with LorAnn's corresponding flavor concentrate, it is recommended to use only ¼ to ½ teaspoon for each teaspoon of extract. The flavor and the strength of the aroma do not alter with heat.
This aroma is suitable especially with sugar paste and marzipan. Despite the high concentration of the product, the structure of sugar paste and marzipan changes little when the aroma is added. They are, however, equally suitable for chocolate, candies, cakes, cookies and other brownies.
For best results, we strongly recommend that you follow these instructions:
Ingredients: alcohol, propylene glycol, natural flavors, water, colors E110, E133. E110 may have adverse effects on activity and attention in children.
This product is sugar free, contains NO vegetable oils, contains natural and artificial flavors, insoluble in water and is for use in chocolate.
Capacity of 1 bottle: 3.7 ml (e iron 1 teaspoon).
