The extra strong almond flavor is a favorite of bakers and confectioners. Almond flavor has a mild, distinctly rich flavor that is delicious, but pairs beautifully with certain fruit flavors such as peach, apricot and raspberry. Use very strong almond flavor instead of almond extract by decreasing the amount of use ( If you want to replace one of the flavoring extracts in a recipe with the flavor corresponding concentrate from LorAnn).
This aroma is very powerful, one drop is enough to flavor a preparation.
Exposure to high heat does not alter the flavor of the product.
These aromas are particularly suitable for fondant and marzipan. Thanks to the high concentration, the structure of fondant and marzipan hardly changes when one and/or the other of these flavors is added. They are, however, equally suitable for chocolate, candies, cakes, cookies and other brownies.
To obtain the best result, it is highly recommended to follow the instructions below:
Ingredients: natural and artificial flavors. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, plastic utensils and countertops. This sugar-free product contains NO vegetable oil. It contains only water-insoluble natural and artificial flavors for use in chocolate.
